No Rules Surf is the first of the Graffiti Series on a surfboard by Steve and it's name is born out of a brand concept Steve created. His artistic expressions are an intricate weaving of the urban collection, and combining his graffitti elements. Movement, form, and color symbolizing the freedoms of the USA and that we are all born "nakkid". This original artwork is painted on front and back, signed with a glassed finish.
