We are so excited to announce our partnership to create the first ever Hemp Wood Hybrid art surfboard, titled "Smoke on the Water". This board is the first of it's kind, in the world and is available for viewing at the Steve Adam Gallery. This board features predominately hemp wood, accented with repurposed teak, cherry wood and a back of repurposed poplar. For those of you who know Steve's involvement in conservation in the US and abroad, his passion for sustainable farming in America, this partnership is especially exciting! This hemp wood surfboard project was artistically and aesthetically designed and birthed by Steve Adam and materialized in 2022. Steve collaborated to bring this to life, with a phenomenally creative board shaper and the hemp manufacturer as the material process required working through some obstacles to get this hollow board made.
