ORDERING INFO
How do I place an order?
You can purchase Steve Adam prints online, and the prints will be delivered to your door. For orders of original work, commissioned work, surfboards and/or skateboards, please contact us here, call us at (949) 294-9409, or visit our gallery located at 760 South Coast Highway, Laguna Beach, CA 92651. Gallery hours are Wednesday — Sunday usually, 11am – 6PM. Appointments can be scheduled 7 day a week by calling (949) 294-9409.
All Steve Adam’s prints are made to order and not all original artwork is displayed in the online gallery. If you are looking for something specific and don't see a print in a size you are looking for, please just ask. Always make sure the proportions are the same as the original as to not cut off the artworks original scale. Contact here!
SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO
How will my purchase be shipped?
Smaller/light weight items, original artwork and prints will ship by USPS, UPS or FedEx. Large or oversized original artwork will will ship out via freight carrier. Please make sure we have your contact phone number as well as email so we can reach you if need be.

How do you ensure the safety of my original artwork?
Originals are delivered to a crating company that specializes in the safe arrival of your artwork. Small and larger original artworks are handled according to the requirements due to the size. Smaller artworks may be boxed instead of crated. Craters will wrap your artwork in a special paper that lays on the painted surface, with bubble wrap and foam. It is then crated in a wood box for shipment. This basic service is usually to the driveway delivery address.
The shipper will contact you directly to receive payment and any special instructions or options you might require. Make sure we have your shipping address if different from your payment information, as well as email and phone number for contact.
Do you offer white glove service?
White glove service is available for an extra cost, with this service the shipper will arrange for the shipment to be brought inside the location and uncrate and remove the debris. You can upgrade for this service, when the shipping company contacts you for payment.
What are the shipping rates?
Shipping of original artwork is not included in the price, but we do offer shipping incentives and will cover up to $500.00 in shipping costs for the the lower 48 US states (excludes Hawaii and Alaska). Contact us for more information on shipping discounts.
Prints are shipped FREE over $200.00 in the lower 48 states.

Shipping rates are determined by the order total weight under $200.00. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will incur additional charges beyond our standard shipping fees as noted in the chart below.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If you purchase a Steve Adam print online, this artwork is made to order. Please allow at least two to four weeks for the print to be created, boxed and shipped to your door. Standard shipping orders take 3-7 business days from the date the items were shipped in the continental US. Merchandise such as hats or totes, usually ship within a week if in stock. You will be notified if we need to restock and it will take longer for the order to be fulfilled.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time Steve Adam Gallery does not offer international shipping via our website. Please contact us by email for orders of prints to international destinations. We are not reponsible for duties, tariffs, brokerage fees nor individual country import rules and regulations.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
PO box deliveries are not available.
RETURNS INFO
What is your returns policy?
Original and Print artworks are custom made at the time you place your order, and are non-returnable. Please double check your room and doorway measurements before ordering a large, made-to-order artwork piece as it will not be returnable if it does not fit. The only return exception for made-to-order items is damage caused in transit or manufacturer's defect.
Refunds are issued in the original payment form and price, not including original shipping and return shipping charges. Returns must be sent to us in the original packaging.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a replacement. Please contact us at to help you with the process. It is essential that you contact us IMMEDIATELY, as well as documenting the damage with photographs of the item, shipping box and any original packing material. We will use these photos to determine if the damage is the fault of the craftsperson/artisan, or of the shipping company.
For freight deliveries, you MUST be present to inspect your items. If there is any damage we MUST be notified immediately, and you should not sign off and accept damaged merchandise from the driver unless it is noted on the freight shipping paperwork. With the proper documentation, we will be able to order a replacement item to be sent or issue a refund and have the item returned. Do not discard the packing materials and shipping box, as these will be required to process the return.

Yes, we offer a satisfaction guarantee on your order.
FRAMING INFO
Do you provide frames for the work, and what is the cost?
For original and commissioned artwork, Steve builds custom frames using a variety of wood choices including antiqued wood, lacquered wood, dark woods, and lighter beech woods. Please contact us for pricing and information on frames.
Do you offer framing and installation services, and what is the cost?
Steve has been known to personally frame and hang his work in the homes and locations of local clients. We also have a trusted vendor we can recommend for framing and hanging, should you need one. We’ll be happy to work out those details and costs with you during the ordering process.
